This role involves administrative duties, medication administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, and equipment and supply management.
The position requires participation in quality assurance programs, facility surveys, and continuing education to ensure compliance with regulations and maintenance of professional licensure.
