Job Summary
As a Logistics Team Leader, you will be at the heart of our organization to ensure the fluidity of flows, operational performance, and team efficiency.
Your missions include developing and tracking daily performance dashboards to drive productivity, service rate, and costs, and defining a capacity plan versus the expected workload communicated by the client.
You will manage and motivate a logistics team, identify operational improvement levers, and participate in daily performance reviews with the client.

Key Requirements
