Job Summary
The candidate will co-ordinate and support field and technical training across the South East Europe and Türkiye (SEET) Operating Unit (OU) in collaboration with the Operating Area (OA) Field Leads.
The Field & Technical Training Lead will primarily focus on the development, co-ordination and deployment of field and technical training within the 3 Operating Areas (OAs) in Italy and the process of identifying and developing the skills and competencies of our field colleagues.
