Job Summary
Provides psychiatric triage for all levels of care for McLean Hospital units on and off site, certain McLean affiliates, Partners facilities and capitated contracts.
Gathers clinical and financial information according to established procedures in order to make referrals to participating Partners facilities, (when available and outside Partners when needed) based on clinical needs and managed care contracts.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
Experience working in a mental healthcare setting 3-5 years
Experience as a Psych Admissions Coordinator I 1-2 years
Demonstrated strong interviewing skills
Clinical knowledge of psychiatric diagnoses and treatment
Excellent interpersonal communication via telephone and in person
