Key qualifications include post-secondary education in computer science or related discipline and considerable experience in IT technical support of various hardware and software.

Salary
$49.66- $54.43 per hour

Key Requirements
Post-secondary education in computer science or related discipline and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Considerable experience providing IT technical support
Considerable experience in the installation and configuration of Divisional applications
Considerable Experience in the support of Computer-Aided Design & Drafting (CADD) platforms
Considerable experience in supporting large enterprise-scale solutions
Experience in Document Management Systems
Experience in developing and delivering training/user orientation courses
Valid Ontario Class "G" Driver's License and access to a properly insured vehicle
Ability to lift/move IT equipment/boxes up to 40 lbs
Ability to vary work schedule based on operational requirements
