Job Summary

• As a Technical Recruiter, you will be part of a mission-driven Talent Acquisition team that is passionate about enabling Millennium Space Systems’ rapid growth and long-term success by bringing in the top aerospace and engineering talent to join our team.
• In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand critical hiring needs, develop and execute sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines, and execute a flawless end-to-end recruitment process.
