Job Summary
The Senior Protection Case Management Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, holistic case management, and psychosocial support services across the IRC’s protection response.
Rapidly identify, register, and follow up on cases of individuals at risk through emergency outreach channels, ensuring safe and ethical case management practices.
Ensure active participation in emergency coordination mechanisms and represent the organization in coordination, liaison, and information-sharing with NGOs, UN agencies, site management, and relevant authorities.

Key Requirements
3-4 years previous work experience in case management supervisory role
2 years previous work experience in team management
Academic background in Psychology, Social Science, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
Fluency in Arabic and English
Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
