Skills & Requirements
Must-have
12-15 years EHS experience in manufacturing
Engineering degree required
SBTET Safety Certification mandatory
India regulatory standards knowledge
ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation
Incident investigation with 5-Why analysis
Nice-to-have
NEBOSH or OSHA certifications preferred
Behavior-based safety program experience
Industrial hygiene testing knowledge
Strong interpersonal relationship building
Fluency in Telugu and regional languages
Key Requirements
12-15 years managing EHS in manufacturing
Minimum 2 years supervisory capacity
Engineering Degree from accredited college
One year Safety Certification Course from SBTET
Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Safety or related field
