Champion laboratory safety, health and well-being of staff, and compliance with animal welfare standards.

Key Requirements
15 years pharmaceutical/biotech experience (BS/BA)
12 years pharmaceutical/biotech experience (MS)
5-8 years post-graduate experience (PhD)
experience leading individuals and/or teams
oncology-relevant rodent models experience
study design, data analysis, interpretation, presentation experience
adherence to animal welfare and compliance regulations
