Lean manufacturing experience
Familiarity with PFMEA and control plans
Knowledge of 8D, A3, DMAIC analysis
Experience with new tooling introduction

Methodical and organised approach
Key Requirements
Experience in production or manufacturing engineering
Ability to work shift patterns including afternoons/evenings
Engineering qualification preferred
