• The Packaging Supervisor is responsible for driving the packaging department results through effective resource management, safe operating procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), and regulatory compliance.
• Key responsibilities include prioritizing, scheduling, and delegating work assignments to meet customer specifications, quality standards, and delivery requirements, as well as training, coaching, and developing employees.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years leadership experience
• Experience directing, coaching, and developing teams
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred
• Prior knowledge of SAP, Kronos, and Mii preferred
