Responsible for wave release and chasing, with comprehensive understanding of pre-wave planning, including delivery scheduling, operational workload, manpower, MHE, IT, and all relevant factors to create and release waves.
Collaborate closely with the planning team to develop outbound plans, consolidate delivery schedules, and align with DC operation teams for optimal capacity utilization and adherence to delivery schedules.
Be responsible for team development and cultivate an efficient, high-quality, and cost-saving culture, ensuring company compliance and HES policy.
