Job Summary

  • The primary focus of this role is to support Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) as the Associate Director, EHSS, Occupational Health & Safety for the Summit, NJ facility within the Department of Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHSS).
  • The Associate Director will advocate, coach, coordinate, implement, assess, and improve environmental, safety, occupational health, and sustainability outcomes using global and local regulations and consensus guides, BMS management systems, policies and procedures, and promote compliant, forward-leaning culture and preserve BMS’ reputation while driving shared Company objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree
  • CIH or CSP required
  • 15 years EHS experience
