• Functions as part of the dialysis health care team providing safe and effective dialysis therapy under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Responsible for patient care tasks including vascular access evaluation, dialysis machine setup, treatment monitoring, and documentation.
• Supports infection control practices and participates in quality improvement activities to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
