Support ongoing postharvest research projects in the Cornell Postharvest Laboratory by conducting research activities to meet project objectives and fulfill laboratory obligations.
Duties include preparing for experiments, harvesting fruit, assessing fruit maturity and quality, assessing fruit during storage, and entering/managing data records.
