  • Serve as subject matter expert for Merkury and advise marketing brand managers on best practices for analyzing and refining target audience segmentation.
  • Facilitate timely delivery of marketer’s target audience(s) to external adtech/martech partner technologies and troubleshoot issues.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs for support team operations, identify compliance gaps, and capture technical requirements for product enhancements.

  • Experience with Agile methodology and JIRA
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Zendesk and SFTP
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and PowerPoint
