Job Summary
Serve as subject matter expert for Merkury and advise marketing brand managers on best practices for analyzing and refining target audience segmentation.
Facilitate timely delivery of marketer’s target audience(s) to external adtech/martech partner technologies and troubleshoot issues.
Monitor and report on KPIs for support team operations, identify compliance gaps, and capture technical requirements for product enhancements.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
At least five (5) years of experience as a Market Research Analyst or related occupation
Experience with adtech/martech platforms
Experience with command line interface tools (CLI), RESTful API requests via Postman, and SQL
Experience with Agile methodology and JIRA
Experience with Salesforce CRM, Zendesk and SFTP
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and PowerPoint
