Job Summary
The Business Operations Manager will drive operational excellence across Data Center Learning by establishing and managing our business rhythm, partnering with finance and cross-functional teams, and leading strategic initiatives that enable DCL to scale training delivery and impact.
This role requires deep technical fluency to effectively manage programs spanning domains from electrical systems, mechanical infrastructure, IT hardware operations, and safety and security procedures.
You'll start your morning reviewing the latest training metrics and preparing insights for the DCL leadership team, knowing that the mechanisms you've built are empowering 20,000+ builders across the globe to safely operate the infrastructure that powers the world's innovation.
