Job Summary

  • The Director of Parent and Family Giving will provide strategic oversight for the full scope of the parent and family giving program, working closely and collaboratively with teams in Institutional Advancement and across the College.
  • The College offers a comprehensive benefits program that includes possible work-from-home opportunities, automatic 10% retirement contribution, a 50% tuition benefit for dependent children, and 14 paid holidays.
  • This position will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule, pursuant to the College’s Work Location Policy, and requires the ability to travel several days per month and work evenings and weekends as needed.

Key Requirements

  • Five (5) years of fundraising experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven success in soliciting gifts
  • Experience working with major gift prospects
  • Familiarity with fundraising database (CRM, Raiser’s Edge)
