Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5+ years enterprise system management experience
  • Experience with Windows Server 2019, 2022, 2026
  • Hands-on TLS, cipher suites, and certificate chain troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of OSI model and Active Directory
  • Experience with 802.1x, Cisco NAC, Microsoft NPS

Nice-to-have

  • Cloud infrastructure deployment in Azure and AWS
  • Experience with remote management consoles like TeamViewer
  • Ability to create technical knowledge articles
  • Fluency in PowerShell and Python scripting
  • Strong analysis and debug skills for esoteric issues

Key Requirements
