Job Summary

  • The primary purposes of the Industrial Engineer position are to develop methods to maximize the use of production facilities and personnel, support operational and strategic excellence approaches to ensure business success by developing, sustaining, and continuously improving business processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze new and existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement, including waste reduction, streamlining workflows, and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Work with our manufacturing engineering team and supporting organizations to ensure Lean Manufacturing principles are incorporated into factory design and layout.
