Must-have
Current RN license in state of practice
Valid Basic Life Support Certification
Experience with interdisciplinary teams
Ability to work variable shift schedules
Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
Nice-to-have
Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
Same-Day PACU or ICU experience
Willingness to travel between facilities
Adaptability to various OR environments

Key Requirements
Current RN license in state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
BSN required within 4 years if less than 12 months experience
Compact license transfer within 60 days if applicable
