Job Summary
The CI Champion is a CI subject matter expert with sufficient training to be able to lead the CI process and CI projects.
The primary role of the CI Champion is to be the change agent within the plant to drive, coach, lead and support IMEx deployment and immersion as well as driving a CI culture.
Lead bigger CI projects (significant CI projects or green belts, e.g. C/O, OEE, Robustness, etc.) including raising of change controls, capital projects and updating documents as a result of these projects.
