Job Summary

  • The Director, Ottava Manufacturing Site Leader provides strategic, operational, and technical leadership for one or more manufacturing plants in support of the OTTAVA Surgical Robotic Platform.
  • This role is accountable for daily operations, long term planning, talent development, and driving transformational initiatives that elevate safety, quality, productivity, and scalability across the site.
  • Lead all aspects of plant operations to meet quality, safety, output, and cost targets, and develop and execute site level strategic plans aligned with broader supply chain goals.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years' experience in technical manufacturing operations
  • 5+ years' experience in a leadership position
  • Prior complex capital equipment manufacturing experience
  • Up to 10% domestic and/or international travel
