The Millwright Apprenticeship Program offers a hands-on path to becoming a certified mechanical or electrical millwright with paid, real-world experience and technical instruction.
Apprentices will work side-by-side with experienced millwrights and technicians, gaining exposure to large industrial equipment and hands-on field service.
All education, travel time, and instruction are paid, and upon completion, graduates are expected to work full-time for two years at BW Papersystems in Phillips, WI.
