Job Summary

  • You will manage, configure and operate customer‑facing service portals used by our customers, ensuring portal data accurately reflects service activity, assets, workflows and customer information.
  • You will administer and maintain customer service portals, ensuring data accuracy, workflow progression and SLA compliance, and troubleshoot access, data and workflow issues.
