Lululemon is seeking a Senior Manager for Workplace Administration on a 14-month contract, responsible for leading the administrative support for Senior Leaders in North America. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of leadership experience, preferably within the retail industry, and a strong commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment

Job Summary

  • The Senior Manager, Workplace Administration is responsible for leading and overseeing the Centre of Excellence for administrative support for the North America VP+ population.
  • Develop and execute EA Centre of Excellence strategy, lead enterprise-wide innovation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance ways of working and elevate EA service excellence.

Key Requirements

  • 7-10 years of leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Retail industry experience preferred
  • Advanced-level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
