Base: $18.27 - $27.00 hourly; Bonus/Equity: $250 per lease commission; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
1-2 years of related leasing experience
Valid driver's license for golf cart operation
Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
Experience with CRM or Yardi software preferred
Nice-to-have
Lease-up experience for new construction properties
Familiarity with internet marketing tools like Facebook and Craigslist
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to inspect apartments for move-in readiness
