Your responsibilities will include developing, directing, and supervising activities to reach customers and sell Kärcher products, as well as managing the sales team through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of sales experience

Ability to analyze sales data and report results
Ability to set, monitor, and enforce goals
Conflict resolution and cooperation building skills
Negotiation skills
Good personal and team organization
Responsibility for warehouse management
Readiness for physical work (warehouse, lifting)
Category B driver's license
English language proficiency (min. B2)
Knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Office, CRM, SAP
