Job Summary
The Targets, Test, and Evaluation Senior Program Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team in the design, development, manufacture, integration, and testing of complex hardware and software solutions for U.S. Government customers.
This role requires strong technical leadership and full-spectrum program management expertise, including oversight of systems engineering activities, subcontractor performance, technical execution, schedule and cost management, and risk identification and mitigation.
The Senior Program Manager must demonstrate the ability to coordinate complex test operations, interpret technical requirements, and drive successful execution in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

16 years of directly related experience
Active Secret Clearance required
