Job Summary
Manages all aspects of a branch, accountable for financial performance, new business development, customer experience, coaching, and policy compliance.
Responsible to develop new business with a focus on small business loans and further expand existing business relationships while attracting new money.
Performs supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining, and resolving problems.
