The role requires participating in the development of written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning resident discharge strategies.
Essential duties include delegating administrative authority to Charge Nurses, monitoring staffing levels for licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants, and ensuring all personnel comply with safety and infection control procedures.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in state

Ability to read technical procedures and policy manuals
