Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Materials Science or equivalent
  • Five or more years of demonstrated experience designing and releasing new products
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, planning, coordinating, and executing prototype builds
  • Extensive knowledge of computer-aided design and engineering tools
  • Experience participating in make/buy analyses
  • Ability to support supplier development
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
