  • Understanding of SLAs, targets, and KPIs
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety
  • Supervisory management experience (desirable)
  • Full UK Drivers licence
  • Enhanced DBS check required
  • Level 3 NVQ/Diploma – Industrial & Commercial Plumbing/Heating
  • G3 unvented hot water qualifications
  • Legionella responsible person (Desirable)
  • IOSH Managing safely (Desirable)
  • Domestic and Commercial gas (Desirable)
