Visalia Post Acute is seeking a part-time Activities Assistant to enhance the quality of life for residents through engaging activities. The ideal candidate should be energetic, compassionate, and able to work well with seniors while supporting the Activities Director in organizing and implementing various programs

Job Summary

  • Assist in planning and conducting individual, small group, and large group activities to enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Develop and maintain the monthly activity calendar, attendance records, and support communication between staff, residents, families, and community organizations.
  • Provide in-room activities for bed-bound residents and maintain a clean, organized, and secure Activities Department.
