The General Manager oversees organizational processes and ensures daily tasks by the drivers and other members of the operations teams are met.
Their main duties include managing daily operations, assisting with the hiring process of new employees, implementing policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels, and building an enjoyable company culture.
The company currently has 80 employees that operate over 50 vehicles, providing transportation services to Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
