  • Broadcast and IT equipment upkeep
  • Install, maintain, and support infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
  • Manage multiple servers, routers, hubs, switches, PCs
  • Proficiency in IT networking, firewalls, RF, fiber optics, encoding/decoding
  • Competence in broadcast audio, video, control systems
  • Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems

Nice-to-have

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • Proactive attitude with willingness to acquire new skills
  • Familiarity with Adobe editing systems
  • Knowledge of master control and operations
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, or SBE are advantageous
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and VPNs preferred
  • Valid NYS Drivers license
