Job Summary

  • The HR Manager will lead the HR agenda for the Stafford Springs location in partnership leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy to support business objectives.
  • This role will work very closely with the HR team at the sister site for continued cross-campus collaboration in Connecticut.

Key Requirements

  • 4yr degree in Human Resource management or equivalent
  • 5-10 years' experience supporting full spectrum of HR disciplines
  • Professional certification by either HRCI or SHRM strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting Human Resources activities within a complex, matrixed organization
  • Experience with employee relations and investigations
  • US and CT employment laws knowledge
