Job Summary

  • Ensure all leads generated via WhatsApp are attended quickly, efficiently, and with excellence by the dealership network and Customer Care, maximizing Contact Rate, quality of service, NPS, and sales conversion.
  • Manage the complete lead journey (WhatsApp → CRM → sale), ensuring SLAs, quality of service, and conversion, while also administering the WhatsApp platform and its integrations.
  • Develop and analyze dashboards and reports integrating WhatsApp, CRM, sales, and NPS, identifying opportunities for funnel improvement and presenting results to leadership.
