Job Summary
The role involves developing CarBravo process acumen and serving as a Subject Matter Expert to support dealers on the CarBravo platform.
Consultants are expected to proactively contact US dealers to coordinate sales performance, address inventory management issues, and improve online reputation.
This is a hybrid position on the night shift designed to support East coast time zones within the Global Ops CoE in Manila.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
1-3 years customer service experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to work hybrid night shift
Experience with U.S. based clients preferred
Ability to interpret data and solve problems
Nice-to-have
Highly motivated and willing to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
Ability to travel on an infrequent basis
Familiarity with analytics tools and techniques
Key Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing or Equivalent
