Job Summary

  • Perform mechanical DFMEA analysis of ECU mechanical elements to support Safety and Reliability Case development for ECUs within the Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) electrical architecture.
  • Lead mechanical DFMEA activities for ECU mechanical elements, analyze mechanical functions and interfaces, and recommend design improvements to mitigate risks.
  • Integrate Mechanical DFMEA with Electrical Component/Circuit level DFMEA(s) and contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement for future ECU mechanical designs.
