Job Summary
Perform mechanical DFMEA analysis of ECU mechanical elements to support Safety and Reliability Case development for ECUs within the Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) electrical architecture.
Lead mechanical DFMEA activities for ECU mechanical elements, analyze mechanical functions and interfaces, and recommend design improvements to mitigate risks.
Integrate Mechanical DFMEA with Electrical Component/Circuit level DFMEA(s) and contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement for future ECU mechanical designs.
