Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Ph.D. in Systems Biology or related field
2 years experience with CRISPR screens
Fluency in R, Python, and statistical analysis
Experience with single-cell transcriptomics
Proficiency in HPC and Linux environments
Nice-to-have
Strong publication record in genomics
Familiarity with public biological databases
Understanding of algorithm pros and cons
Experience with AWS cloud computing infrastructure
Key Requirements
Ph.D. required with 2+ years experience
Masters degree with 6+ years experience acceptable
