Job Summary

  • You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.
  • The Key Account Manager (KAM) for Soriana is a strategic and fundamental role, responsible for leading the development and execution of the commercial strategy for the company's second most important client: Soriana.
  • Work in close collaboration with internal Marketing, Trade Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure correct implementation and alignment of strategies.

Key Requirements

  • 5-7 years progressive experience in Sales and Key Account roles in CPG
  • Proven experience managing and strategically developing the Soriana account
  • Solid experience in leadership and team management
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Expertise in the self-service channel dynamics
  • Advanced negotiation and complex commercial agreement management
