Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Valid current RN license
  • Assess physical and behavioral health needs
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans
  • Administer medications accurately
  • Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other staff

Nice-to-have

  • Behavioral health or addiction recovery experience
  • Certified in Psychiatric Nursing
  • Supportive mission-driven team environment
  • Experience with detoxification processes
  • Willingness to work night and day shifts

Key Requirements

  • Graduation from an approved school of nursing
  • Valid current RN license from state or compact state
  • One or more years of clinical nursing experience preferred
  • Preferred certification in Psychiatric Nursing
