Key Requirements
Security Officer Healthcare Certification (CHSO) within 2 years
Illinois Firearm Control Card (FCC) within 90 days
Valid driver's license and Stop the Bleed certification
Conducted Energy Weapon (TASER) certification within 90 days
1 year experience in security or public safety
State of Illinois 40-hour armed course with pistol endorsement
Pass background investigation, drug screen, and psychological screening
