Job Summary

• Accountable for delivering Application Run Services and ensuring services meet agreed SLAs and customer needs.
• Build and maintain the Application Run operational activities in close cooperation with internal and external teams.
• Continuously analyze performance of the operations framework, identify recurrent issues, gaps and potentials risk and build mitigation and improvements plans to ensure high quality of service.
