Job Summary

  • Under the general direction of the restaurant director, you will manage and develop the restaurant's food and beverage standards and ensure that service profits are maximized.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the daily operations of the restaurant, supervise and coordinate the dining room team, and perform management functions in the absence of the manager.
  • Develop sales and optimize turnover (upselling), ensure cash management, payments and compliance with financial procedures, and manage the activity within budgets, costs and resources.
