Ensure the smooth running of the daily operations of the restaurant, supervise and coordinate the dining room team, and perform management functions in the absence of the manager.
Develop sales and optimize turnover (upselling), ensure cash management, payments and compliance with financial procedures, and manage the activity within budgets, costs and resources.
