Job Summary
This position supports Temasek Polytechnic’s engagement with external parties for the purpose of joint R&D, consultancy, partnership, students & learners training, corporate operations etc.
Responsibilities include drafting, vetting, and reviewing various contracts & agreements, updating a tracking database, and advising on auxiliary contracts.
The role also involves advising on management approval for contracts and crafting RIE-related provisions for inclusion into selected types of contracts & agreements.
