This role is responsible for the technical solutions delivered by the Combat Training Centre-Live Instrumented Systems program, ensuring alignment with business strategy and delivering superior customer value.
The position acts as the overall technical manager for engineering, technical, project management, and deep maintenance teams, serving as a gatekeeper for design reviews and an external interface for international technical engagement.
Incumbents will manage direct reports, provide ongoing feedback, lead efforts to seek best customer solutions, and support business development with technology road mapping.
