Job Summary

  • Manage and anchor transversal projects involving diverse stakeholders within GCAM and across business units.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of the Agency KPI scorecards and dashboard encompassing all business units and departments.
  • Manage and coordinate the issuance of ANM circulars to update the agency network on policies, tariff & surcharges, shipment restrictions, agency organisation setup/relocation/structure, appointment of key personal at agencies, etc.
