The RN assists the Director of Nursing in directing nursing functions, developing policies, coordinating care plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
The position requires participation in staff development, quality assurance, committee meetings, and direct nursing care including admissions, transfers, and discharges.
